We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort. The staff on duty was extremely helpful and supportive, immediately addressing any concerns we raised. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and the option for room service. The location was great, with easy access to all the tourist places in the area. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Located within close proximity to many tourist attractions, this hotel provides a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms. the coffee shop serves delicious breakfast and serves as a perfect place to unwind. Adequate parking facility is available.

Room service needs to be improved with more options for lunch and dinner.

We had a weekend getaway and the hotel we stayed in was average overall. Two good things were that the rooms were quite spacious and clean. the stay cost was okay and reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. Apart from that, it had a decent location, not too far from the center of the city and close to some tourist spots. the staff tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel is lacking in many basic facilities and services.

There were a lot of things that we didn't like about this hotel. the bed linen was not clean, and it seemed like they did not change it since the last guest.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased to find that the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere. One of the best aspects of my stay was the fact that outside food was allowed, making it easy for my friends and me to enjoy local cuisine just outside the hotel.

I was disappointed to find that the location was quite remote, making it difficult to travel to nearby restaurants and attractions. there was no restaurant within the hotel, forcing us to venture out in search of food.

Comfortable stay, excellent room, patient and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, adequate parking.

I found the hotel facilities to be great including parking and transportation. The location was great, and I was able to easily access all the tourist places in this city. The staff were very polite and helpful in resolving any issues. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, and the breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious.
